بررسی ویژگیهای روانسنجی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه سازگاری دانشجویان با دانشگاه

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ویژگیهای روانسنجی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه سازگاری دانشجویان با دانشگاه بود. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی ـ پیمایشی و در قالب هنجاریابی ابزار انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اصفهان (خوراسگان) در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۳–۱۴۰۴ بود که از میان آنها، ۵۰۰ نفر بهصورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و پس از حذف پرسشنامههای ناقص، دادههای ۴۸۰ نفر تحلیل شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سازگاری با دانشگاه، پرسشنامه سازگاری تحصیلی و پرسشنامه احساس تعلق به دانشگاه بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، و آزمونهای تغییرناپذیری چندگروهی استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد که نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه دارای چهار عامل اصلی (روابط بینفردی، فعالیت تحصیلی و آمادگی برای اشتغال، مسئولیتپذیری و مشارکت اجتماعی) است که در مجموع ۵۷/۵۵ درصد واریانس را تبیین میکنند. شاخصهای برازش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نیز از برازش مطلوب مدل حمایت کردند. روایی همگرای ابزار با پرسشنامههای سازگاری تحصیلی و تعلق به دانشگاه تأیید شد. پایایی ابزار با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ برای کل مقیاس ۰.۸۵ و برای ابعاد آن بین ۰.۷۰ تا ۰.۸۹ بهدست آمد. نتایج آزمون تغییرناپذیری چندگروهی نشان داد که این ابزار از لحاظ ساختاری در بین دانشجویان زن و مرد پایا است. بهطور کلی، نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه سازگاری با دانشگاه از ویژگیهای روانسنجی مطلوبی برخوردار است و میتواند بهعنوان ابزاری معتبر در ارزیابی سازگاری دانشجویان ایرانی با محیط دانشگاه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
